Lane reviewed the project, completely re-structured the cost control, and the project finishes. Also, reviewed the specification and secured additional electricity to upgrade to a full HVAC system and redesigned the common parts externally and internally.
We persuaded the client to go for BREAM Gold Standard (the first in Bucharest) and the building was selected as the RoGBC Green Building of the Year 2011 The project was finished on time and within the original budget despite the upgrading.
Lane was also responsible for the branding and creation of the marketing program.
